Code of Conduct

Last updated: December 2026

Our Standard

Corporate Strikers League (CSL) is built on the values of fair play, professionalism, mutual respect, and the spirit of cricket. Every player, franchise owner, support staff member, and guest is expected to uphold this standard at all times — at trials, auctions, training, matches, and any league-related event.

1. Fair Play

  • Respect the laws of cricket and the umpire's decision
  • Play to win — but never at the cost of the spirit of the game
  • No ball-tampering, match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption
  • No use of performance-enhancing substances

2. Respect On & Off the Field

  • Treat opponents, teammates, officials, and spectators with respect
  • No abusive language, sledging, or personal attacks
  • No discrimination based on caste, religion, gender, age, or background
  • Resolve disputes through team captains and league officials only

3. Professionalism

  • Be punctual for matches, practice, and team meetings
  • Wear official team kit during matches and league events
  • Follow franchise owner instructions and team strategy
  • Carry yourself in a manner that represents the league with pride

4. Off-Field Conduct

  • No public statements that bring CSL, sponsors, or any franchise into disrepute
  • No misuse of CSL name, logo, or affiliation for personal gain
  • Maintain confidentiality of internal league communications
  • Conduct on social media should be consistent with the values above

5. Integrity

  • No betting on any CSL match in which you are involved
  • Report any approach, offer, or suspicion of corruption to the league immediately
  • Disclose any conflict of interest with franchises, sponsors, or officials

6. Anti-Harassment

CSL has a zero-tolerance policy on harassment of any kind — physical, verbal, sexual, or digital. Reports will be investigated confidentially and acted upon swiftly.

7. Substance Policy

Consumption of alcohol or any prohibited substance during matches, official events, or while in CSL kit is strictly forbidden. Smoking is not permitted on the field of play.

8. Breach & Disciplinary Action

Breaches of this Code may result in:

  • Verbal or written warning
  • Match suspension(s)
  • Fines
  • Season-long ban without refund
  • Permanent ban from all CSL leagues

9. Reporting

To report a Code of Conduct violation, write to conduct@corporatestrikers.com or speak directly to the on-ground league official. All reports are handled confidentially.
