Refund Policy
Last updated: December 2026
1. Registration Fee
The Corporate Strikers League (CSL) registration fee covers your full participation in the season — including auction entry, team allocation, costume, minimum match guarantees, certificates, merchandise, and match fees.
2. No Refund Policy
Once payment is made, the registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes — but is not limited to — the following:
- •Not being picked in the auction
- •Personal availability issues during the season
- •Travel, weather, or scheduling conflicts
- •Disqualification due to false information
- •Suspension or removal under the Code of Conduct
- •Change of mind after registration
3. Why No Refunds?
Each registration triggers significant operational costs the moment it is received — auction logistics, costume production, match-day infrastructure, broadcast planning, sponsorship commitments, and reserved match slots. Refunding fees would unfairly impact other players and the league as a whole.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases — for example, league-wide cancellation by CSL — we may, at our sole discretion, offer credit toward the following season's registration. This is not a guaranteed right and is granted on a case-by-case basis.
5. Cancellation by CSL
If CSL cancels or postpones the league before any matches are played, registered participants will be offered priority registration for the rescheduled or next season at no extra cost.
6. Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was charged in error, contact us at billing@corporatestrikers.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors in line with applicable law.
7. Acknowledgement
By completing your registration and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
